Barbara and Dick Einan

Barbara and Dick are the center of the Einan Home Team. Working with both buyers and sellers, they credit their strong combination of repeat, referral and new business to a genuine interest in people, an extremely successful marketing approach,the ability to enhance homes in an extraordinary way and a well earned reputation for being the hardest workers in the industry. Well respected by their peers, and nationally recognized for their accomplishments by Coldwell Banker, their strengths are embellished by their knowledge of the Twin Cities market and negotiating the best possible results for their clients.

Barbara and Dick met at Macalester College and went through the graduation ceremony as husband and wife. Upon graduation Barbara taught school for four years, stayed home until Kent and Kim were in school and then started her extremely successful real estate sales career. Dick worked in the savings and loan industry for four years and then enjoyed a long career at the Federal Reserve Bank, retiring early from his position as the bank's Community Affairs Officer to join Barbara in real estate.

Kent Einan

Kent is adept at both working with sellers and buyers and he is an important contributor to the Team's marketing efforts. In addition to working with his own buyers and sellers, Kent has taken on the responsibility of representing many of the buyers that seek the Einan Home Teams expertise from a variety of sources. Of course all of the Team members mix and match to give clients the best possible service, but Kent gets more than his share of buyers because of his exceptional talents in this area. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Kent has lived in Roseville, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Shoreview and Stillwater and he knows the ins and outs of the different Twin Cities communities, school and recreation areas. He mainly focuses on working with buyers and sellers without major distractions, but when time is available Kent is also a valuable contributor toward TEAM marketing efforts.

Kim Einan Stratton

Kim brings Barbara's special people skills to her focus on client care, coordinating closings, staging homes, and assisting as a buyer specialist. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and currently living in Edina with her Minneapolis raised husband, she joins her dad (who lived in Southwest Minneapolis through his college years) in providing the TEAM with first hand market knowledge of Minneapolis and its suburbs. Kim believes it is necessary to understand fully the needs and likes of an individual before starting to show them homes. No matter what your needs, Kim can help!
